IntouchCX Expands their Presence in Jamaica

Kingston, Jamaica  –  October 16, 2024  –  IntouchCX, a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions, announced the addition of over 600 customer service positions in Jamaica by the end of the year, alongside the launch of a brand-new site in Kingston.
