IntouchCX Announces Expansion to Malaysia

WINNIPEG, MB – FEBRUARY 15, 2023 IntouchCX has announced its expansion into Malaysia.

This expansion closely follows the recent rebranding of the Company, with it changing its corporate name from 24-7 Intouch to better align with its accelerated growth, new solution offerings, and positioning as a market innovator. IntouchCX’s expansion into Malaysia demonstrates anticipation of future demand and its continued investment in providing enhanced customer service and being a truly global solutions provider. 

The Company currently has in-person campuses in the United States, Canada, Guatemala, Colombia, Jamaica, Honduras, Greece, India, and the Philippines, and plans to set up a state-of-the-art center of excellence campus in Kuala Lumpur in the weeks to come.

Supportive initiatives from the government and a stable economic ecosystem make the region a favorite for an upcoming BPO and customer support industry.

IntouchCX also recently opened a new platinum LEED certified state-of-the-art campus in Hyderabad, India, adding an additional 1,000+ seats and 1,200+ new team members to their operations. The Company operates out of multiple other APAC campuses including Bengaluru , Manila, Cebu, and Clark.
